Terms of Service

타임피스(이하 “이 앱”)를 내려받아 쓰는 것으로 아래 내용에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 읽는 데 오래 걸리지 않게 짧게 적습니다.

1. 이 앱이 하는 일

이 앱은 이용자의 일정과 할일을 시간의 부피로 보여 주고, 남은 여백에 하고 싶던 일을 놓도록 돕는 달력입니다. 이용자가 계정을 이으면 이용자 본인의 구글 캘린더와 구글 할일을 읽고 씁니다.

2. 계정과 데이터

• 구글 계정 연결은 선택입니다. 연결하지 않아도 앱은 기기 안에서만 동작합니다.
• 이용자가 만든 일정·할일·기록은 이용자의 것입니다. 개발자는 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다.
• 어떤 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지는 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

3. 하지 말아야 할 것

• 법을 어기는 데 쓰거나, 남의 계정에 무단으로 접근하는 데 쓰지 않습니다.
• 앱을 역설계하거나 서비스를 방해할 목적으로 자동화하지 않습니다.
• 구글 캘린더·할일·드라이브의 이용 약관도 함께 지켜야 합니다.

4. 보증하지 않는 것

이 앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 개발자 한 사람이 만드는 앱이라 오류가 있을 수 있고, 구글 서비스의 사정으로 동기화가 늦거나 실패할 수 있습니다. 중요한 일정은 반드시 다른 곳에도 남겨 두시기 바랍니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 이 앱의 사용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.

5. 서비스의 변경과 중단

기능은 예고 없이 바뀔 수 있고, 앱의 제공이 중단될 수 있습니다. 중단하는 경우 이용자가 자기 데이터를 내보낼 수 있도록 미리 알립니다. 다만 캘린더와 할일의 원본은 언제나 이용자의 구글 계정에 있으므로, 앱이 사라져도 데이터가 사라지지 않습니다.

6. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Terms of Service (English summary)

Effective 19 August 2026. By using Timepiece you agree to these terms.

• Timepiece displays your schedule as volume and helps you place things you want to do into the remaining gaps. Connecting a Google account is optional; when connected, the app reads and writes your own Google Calendar and Google Tasks.
• Content you create is yours. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
• Do not use the app unlawfully, access others' accounts, reverse engineer the app, or automate it in ways that disrupt the service. Google's own terms also apply.
• The app is provided “as is” without warranty. Keep a copy of anything important elsewhere. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
• Features may change and the service may be discontinued; your calendar and task data remain in your own Google account regardless.
• Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
